POP UP PARTY LEADS TO SOCIAL MEDIA CAMPAIGN
What: In summer 2022, Dolce & Gabbana airdropped 20 custom digital wearables to their NFT holders, and I helped bring it to life.
How: As a holder, I hosted a D&G pop-up event at the Dollhouse, gathering the community to check out the drop. Over 48 hours, I shared social media posts on X featuring iconic Decentraland community members in the designer digital gear.
Result: In those 48 hours, D&G matched 10 days’ worth of NFT sales—their third-highest day outside the initial launches. The video shoot kept the momentum going, spotlighting the space.
Later, D&G came to Decentraland and shot a marketing video for their Disco Drip NFT collection right at the Dollhouse. OMG!
